Shasta daisy is a cheerful perennial known for its classic white petals surrounding a bright yellow center. Originally developed by the famed horticulturist Luther Burbank in the late 1800s, these hardy plants were named after the snowy white slopes of Mount Shasta. Blooming from early to late summer, Shasta daisies bring a timeless cottage-garden charm to borders, cutting gardens, and wildflower plantings. They thrive in full sun and well-drained soil, and once established they are easy to care for, drought tolerant, and excellent for attracting pollinators like bees and butterflies. Their long, sturdy stems also make them a favorite for fresh bouquets, adding a simple, joyful elegance to both gardens and arrangements.

Broadcast sow directly on top of moist soil and press firmly to keep them in place. Daisy seeds need light to germinate so do not cover with soil. Keep soil moist until germination, approximately 14 days. Perennial. Ideal for cut flower. Plant height: 16-24"
