My Favorite Corners of Dublin, Ireland

Dublin settles gently into your heart—the warmth of its people, the poetry tucked into its streets, and the way history and everyday life seem to walk hand in hand. We came home carrying little moments we'll never forget. Below, I’ve shared a few of our favorite places and experiences from our time there—spots that felt especially welcoming, meaningful, and quietly magical along the way. If Ireland is on your heart too, I hope this list inspires a future wander of your own.

Hotel: The Grafton Hotel
Coffeeshop: Beanhive
Bookshops: Ulysses Rare Books, The Winding Stair Bookshop, Stokes Books
Boutique shop: House of Wool
Walk-up lunch: Bambino's Pizza
Dinner spots: Woolen Mills, The Boxty House, Boeuf and Coq
Worth the hype: The Temple Bar
Worth the mention: House of Read (one of Dublin's oldest shops)
Independent artist: (booth at St. Patrick's  Park Market on Sundays)
Favorite unexpected experience: Dubliners are the friendliest people on earth.
