Everything’s Grater in Barcelona
A little piece of Spain came home with us from Barcelona. 🇪🇸
We stumbled upon these beautiful traditional Spanish grater plates from @thebeautifulgraterplate and instantly fell in love with both their craftsmanship and history. Originally used throughout Spain to grate garlic, tomatoes, ginger, and hard cheeses directly onto the ceramic surface, these handmade plates have been part of Mediterranean kitchens for generations — simple, beautiful, and incredibly practical. (I wish I’d had one to puree food when my kids were babies!)
Now back home, ours are already becoming part of slow dinners, parfait snacks, and craft cocktail nights. The kind of keepsake that carries both a story and everyday usefulness — our favorite kind.
